COPYRIGHT / DMCA POLICY

1. RESPECT FOR COPYRIGHT
Stadium Rant respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. We will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content and termination of repeat infringers' accounts.
2. DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE
If you believe that content on the App infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or description of where the material appears);
(d) Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
(a) Your physical or electronic signature;
(b) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
(c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
(d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.
4. REPEAT INFRINGERS
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed more than twice.
5. SUBMITTING NOTICES
Please send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent through the contact information provided in the App. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
