COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Effective Date: February 16, 2026 INTRODUCTION Stadium Rant is a community for sports fans to share opinions, rants, and discussions. We want everyone to feel welcome and safe. These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline what we expect from our users and what you can expect from us. 1. BE RESPECTFUL Treat other users with respect. Disagreement and debate are part of sports fandom, but personal attacks, harassment, and hate speech are not. You can disagree with someone's take without attacking them personally. 2. NO HATE SPEECH OR DISCRIMINATION We do not tolerate content that promotes or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics. Such content will be removed and may result in account suspension or termination. 3. NO HARASSMENT OR BULLYING Do not harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users. This includes doxxing (sharing personal information without consent), stalking, or encouraging others to harm someone. Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop is harassment. 4. AUTHENTIC CONTENT Post original content. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. Do not spread misinformation with intent to deceive. Parody and satire are allowed, but must be clearly distinguishable. Do not post spam, including repetitive content, promotional content, or links to external sites for commercial gain. 5. SPORTS-FOCUSED Keep content relevant to sports. Off-topic posts may be removed. We encourage discussion of games, teams, players, trades, and opinions—that's what we're here for. 6. NO ILLEGAL CONTENT Do not post content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including but not limited to violence, fraud, illegal gambling, or other criminal conduct. We will report violations to law enforcement when appropriate. 7. RESPECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Do not post content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Do not post full articles, images, or videos from news outlets or other sources without permission. Brief quotes for commentary may be acceptable under fair use. 8. ENFORCEMENT We may remove content that violates these Guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations. We reserve the right to enforce these Guidelines at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking action. 9. REPORTING If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it through the App. We review reports and take appropriate action. False or abusive reports may result in action against the reporter. Our Commitment to Review Reports We take all reports seriously. Our moderation team reviews reported content within 24 hours of submission. Content that violates these Community Guidelines will be removed, and we may suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in repeated or severe violations. Blocking another user is separate from reporting — when you block someone, you will no longer see their content, regardless of report outcome. 10. UPDATES We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines. We encourage you to review them periodically. 11. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING CONTENT Content discussing sports betting, odds, or gambling must be responsible and compliant with applicable laws. You may not: (a) target minors or create content designed to appeal to persons under the legal gambling age; (b) promote or facilitate illegal gambling in any jurisdiction; (c) encourage reckless or irresponsible gambling behavior; or (d) make claims of guaranteed winnings, "sure things," or similar misleading promises. Gambling-related content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We may remove content that violates these standards.
